The Parlor 

The Parlor can hold Proms for 80 students or less.
$1,500

• Access to the venue from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am the day of the event
• Round Tables and Chairs set-up included
• Refreshment Rectangle tables
• Sound System, unless renter provides DJ
• Renters are responsible for tablecloths, decorations, and clean-up

The Loft

The Parlor can hold Proms for 250 students or less.
$2,000

• Access to the venue from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am the day of the event
• Round Tables and Chairs set up included
• Refreshment Rectangle tables
• Sound System, unless renter provides DJ
• Renters are responsible for tablecloths, decorations, and clean-up
